A position has just become available for an Internal Administration/Salesperson based at our depot near Wyboston. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will be based at the Company’s UK depot near Wyboston, with a relaxed but professional atmosphere with easy access by car from all main routes. Our ideal candidate would probably be living or looking for work in the Bedford or St Neots area, based on this information a full driver’s licence would be advantageous for this role.

Working alongside the Sales Team, as an overview your typical duties and responsibilities would include.

  • Working closely with the current sales team to help grow the business.
  • Not be phased by picking up the phone and/or making outgoing calls.
  • Process orders in a professional manor.
  • Demonstrate excellent levels of customer service.
  • Maintain and build great relationships with our customers.
  • Pro-actively maintaining and expanding sales to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain efficient sales order entry on all products using our existing CRM system.
  • Gather and share relevant market information.
  • Assist the sales team by booking in appointments.
  • Monitor customer activity and report to your manager accordingly.
  • General sales office and administration duties, as necessary.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking for the next stage in their career. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in a customer service, sales environment within the construction industry, this would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Ambitious to progress up the career path through continuous learning, you should have the self-motivation and enthusiasm to work on your own initiative in a busy office environment, strong team player with the ability to communicate at all levels. A sound IT knowledge including MS Office programmes and input onto our CRM system.

Your current / previous role, or the type of position you are looking for could include, Customer Service Representative, Sales Support, Telesales, Hire Desk Support or similar.
