The Non-woven Geotextile Membrane provides a separation layer between the ground and product.
This material is made from fibres to function as filtration and drainage when used with any of our Ground Stabilisation, Reinforcement & Protection products.
A Non-woven Geotextile Membrane is an effective cover and aid for filtration and separation projects within construction, civil engineering, equestrian and utility sectors.
It’s manufactured from a thermal bonding process that produces a tough and durable fabric – which makes it one of the best membranes for quality and general purpose!
Preventative measures of the Non-woven Geotextile Membrane help mostly against the growth of weeds for garden projects, but also for ground cover when installing our Temporary Access & Ground Protection mats.
These rolls are laid in rows over the prepared ground surface and can be cut to size to cover the required area. This multitrack formation prevents soil contamination on the top surface, whilst allowing water to drain away, and also prevents mud and dirt from surfacing between any gaps of the products.
Our standard weights for this membrane are 80g/sqm or 100g/sqm, although we also offer grades up to 1000g/sqm with a variety of options in-between – ask a member of the team to find out more.

Connectivity
Before use, it’s recommended where possible that the ground is graded and levelled. Once done, simply roll out the geotextile.
Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
