The Pipeline Protection Board has a non-slip top traction top surface and a smooth bottom surface and is highly effective over undulating or sloping terrain. It’s intended as a temporary solution for heavy-duty underground utility protection to shield and visibly identify pipelines underground, whilst withstanding heavy loads caused by excavators and their buckets and withstands loads of up to 32 tonnes (subject to ground conditions).

This panel board is far more effective than alternatives like steel and concrete plates, which are both expensive and bad for the environment as well as requiring heavy workloads and is a low-budget option as well! Pipeline Protection Boards have a longer life span to be recycled and are low maintenance to wash and store for the next project.

Protecting underground pipelines are extremely important where imposed regulations in several countries demand them to be satisfactorily protected, our boards are the perfect solution for that!

They are available in several colours for specific visibility on the job; yellow is for gas pipelines, blue for water pipes, red for electrical pipelines, and green for heating pipes.

The Pipeline Protection Board is manufactured from 100% recycled Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic, which can support a variety of additional situations; ground cover at construction sites, industrial flooring, indoor temporary flooring, and traffic work within agricultural and farming sectors too.

We advise not to use Steel Tracked vehicles with any composite mats unless pre-authorised and agreed upon beforehand, traversing and aggressive movement on the mats may cause damage to them and the connectors and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the mats. When assessing ground conditions on site we advise seeking professional engineering guidance if there is any doubt. It is the user’s responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.

A site limit must be adhered to when using this product.
