TuffTrak Roadway Panel is for Temporary Access and Ground Protection.
The TuffTrak Roadway Panel features grip designs on both sides, where the top surface has a chevron traction for vehicles and the bottom surface has a low-profile anti-slip surface for pedestrians.
Both surfaces improve grip and the top pattern can also help to disperse mud when vehicles or plant have dirty tyres. Additionally, the surfaces are weatherproof and resistant to corrosion from acids, alkali, or solvents.
These large panels are 3 metres long and 2.5 metres wide with 40mm thickness and is manufactured from recycled HDPE, that provides some flexibility across the ground plus strength not to break under heavy loads.
Each TuffTrak Roadway Panel should be lifted by specialist equipment, such as a Hiab or Heavy Duty Forklift, for the simplest way to install them. They can be secured into place using metal strap connectors or other connection methods, to suit varying ground conditions or application.
Need to knows
We advise not to use Steel Tracked vehicles with any composite mats unless pre-authorised and agreed beforehand, traversing and aggressive movement on the mats may cause damage to them and the connectors and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the mats. When assessing ground conditions on site we advise seeking professional engineering guidance if there is any doubt. It is the users responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.
A site limit must be adhered to when using this product.
