This strong but lightweight Elite TrenchCross system provides a solution allowing access around small/medium sized excavations.

The Elite TrenchCross provides superior weight loading capabilities, compared to other products, that can often be extremely heavy and costly to transport or have a short life span. Previously it has been a common problem for contractors and rental companies that existing products cost far too much, and will crack, break and delaminate within a short period of time. However, with our skills in engineering and recycled plastics, we believe that this is one of the best on the market.

In addition to it’s weight loading capacities, the Elite TrenchCross consists of safety features such as hi-visibility reflective edge protection railings and strips, which provide extra fall safety on site. Rubber ramped edges are also available should you need to reduce the risk of tripping even further or to smoothly finish the system when in use.

The top surface of the trench cover base has an anti-trip pattern and the reverse side has a square honeycomb structure with two steel reinforcement bars to make it versatile on a variety of grounds.

If wider excavations need to be covered, our Elite TrenchCross can do just that by simply connecting the additional Trench Cover units together accordingly through their tongue and groove design. Furthermore, transportation is easy through using the systems hold handles, and installation is simple and quick only requiring one person.

We advise not to use Steel Tracked vehicles with the Elute TrenchCross unless pre-authorised and agreed beforehand, traversing and aggressive movement on the Elite TrenchCross may cause damage to them and and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the system. It is the users responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground, and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.

A site limit must be adhered to when using this product.
