The Thermal IBC Jacket Cover is manufactured from two highly reflective layers of true Aluminium Foil (R-Value resistance to heat flow 1.455 m2K/W) covering an air bubble membrane, that reflects heat and UV rays to protect IBCs and their contents.
Its non-conductive cover holds heat in and offers the same amount of resistance to heat radiation (600 mN/g of water vapour resistance) as a 55mm polystyrene barrier, but instead this is all in a 4mm thin cover!
This jacket is available in sizes to fit various IBCs, including 300L, 600L, and 1000L, along with an outdoor waterproof cover for 1000L options too.
The Thermal IBC Jacket Cover provides additional protection from the elements in addition to extreme temperatures and is recommended to be more cost-effective.
Installation is quick and easy due to its Velcro walls, saving time on-site.

These IBC covers are easy to install, simply unfold the cover and pull it evenly down over the IBC container, then secure the connection using the velcro fastenings.
Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
