High visibility single connection for joining EuroTrak HD mats.
The EuroTrak HD 2-Way Hi-Vis Connector not only ensures a stable, secure mat alignment, even on uneven ground, but also delivers strength with controlled flex to protect mats from heavy plant and machinery.
During installation of EuroTrak HD Access Mats, simply place the connector under the connection holes and secure with the standard bolt. There is no specialist equipment required which helps to speed up installation and inspection.
Need to knows
We always recommend that mats are connected, for health and safety purposes.
To install, please use either standard spanners, a wrench or battery operated drill to tighten the bolts. We do not advise using air-drills as this can cause over-tightening of the bolts.

Connectivity
Simply position the connector under the hand/connection holes of the adjoining mats and secure the hi-vis top with a standard alum key. Be aware not to over tighten the bolt to allow for room of movement and also expansion of the mats in hot weather conditions.
Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
