About Elite GSS

Meet Kris, the Managing Director and founder of Elite GSS Ltd which was established in April 2014.

Kris has an exciting, energetic and ambitious personality creating a wonderful working environment, this also enables some fantastic opportunities for everyone within the business. Over and above the day to day running of the business, Kris oversees all product development and the strategic direction and growth of the business.

Kris is a friendly and determined manager, who couldn’t like him? In his free time, he loves looking after his son, playing a bit of footy with the lads and of course having a beer or two.

From our partner company, MultiMatts, Ollie assists the team with additional Sales calls and enquiries that come our way and heads the overall Sales department after MD Kris Heard
In 2023, he got the job title of ‘UK & International Sales Manager’ to control the increased interest in our products outside of the UK.

Golf has become his new hobby, taking prime interest ahead of football, and he’ll often be seen at the driving range after work, in lunchtime, and at the weekend in preparation for his round at a choice of local golf courses.

When she’s not at work, Photography is her passion which she tries to do as often as possible and also enjoys baking with the family.

Occasionally at the weekend, when she gets some time to herself, she likes to put her feet up with a large glass of gin or a cocktail!

As part of a joint venture, Olivia is our bubbly Hire Controller for Elite and Speedy Hire across the country!
She’s a fantastic member of the team and generates prospects, quotes orders, files and updates information, and picks up cases on our CRM systems.

In her spare time, she loves to go for walks, play pool and socialise at her local pub, explore on road trips and even create realistic acrylic paintings and design outfits on her phone for inspiration!

Owen Humphries is another internal Sales Team member that joined Elite GSS as we expanded during 2025. He brings both dedication and a friendly spirit – find out when you speak to him!

Outside of work time, Owen’s proudest role is being a dad — he loves spending quality time with his kids and being there for every moment.
When he gets a bit of time to himself, you’ll likely find him competing in local darts tournaments just for fun, or diving into the world of Zelda — his favourite video game series, which he enjoys playing across a variety of consoles.

Whether he’s helping customers or chasing high scores, Owen brings enthusiasm and heart to it all.

Meet Shiv Sharma, a passionate and approachable member of our sales team at Elite. As Internal Sales Manager, he’s always ready to connect with customers and help them find the right solution.

He’s an interesting guy – Shiv is a big fan of rock music, where he loves going to gigs and is currently relearning the guitar, one riff at a time.
He enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially if it involves a spontaneous drive or exploring new places.

A self-proclaimed nerd at heart, Shiv is a lifelong Star Wars fan and embraces all things geeky.
Whether he’s talking shop or talking sci-fi, he’ll genuinely bring energy and enthusiasm to every conversation.

Beckie is our Office Manager, dealing with all aspects of office duties.
From accounts, human resources, customer account orders and stock orders, she is dedicated to her job and extremely hardworking.

She enjoys a bit of running, walking, biking and looking after her horses and dogs.

She also continually organises charity events to support the lifesaving equipment and even single handily installed a community defibrillator into the disused phone box in her village.

Lucie is responsible for order processing and liaising with our transport department(s) to ensure your orders get delivered on time and in full. She’s an expert in customer service.

Lucie is a city girl through and through, with her heart set on living in New York someday. For her, there’s nothing quite like the city’s energy, food, and Broadway magic. Until then, she makes the most of her annual leave exploring new destinations and diving into different cultures. Her travel list is extensive with multiple continents being travelled to. A die-hard Formula 1 fan, Lucie passionately cheers on Max Verstappen and the Red Bull team. When she’s not watching the races, she’s out in London with friends, enjoying dinner and a classic amaretto sour.

She’s also an avid reader, escaping into books that let her live a thousand lives. Lucie also loves country music and concerts. Whether it’s a cinema night or a theatre show, she’s always up for an experience that brings a story to life. Lucie always brings up the energy levels in the office with her vibrant enthusiasm and lust for life!

Megan is our newest addition to the admin team, her role will be pivotal in customer service, raising sales and purchase orders, booking of transport for internal and external customers and being our first point of contact on the phone.

Outside of the office, Megan has a passion for fashion and loves clothes shopping, having her nails done and going “out out”  for food and drinks with her friends. She’s also a big animal lover, especially for dogs and occasionally likes to go to the gym.

Emily is our newest hire to join the Office & Sales team within our Admin department. Her role includes providing top-notch customer services, raising sales & purchasing orders, booking transportation for internal and external customers.

She has a passion for staying active and maintains a regular gym routine, which she thoroughly enjoys. Additionally, she loves exploring new culinary experiences, frequently going out for food and drinks. Her social life is vibrant, as she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Emily is also an avid traveller, and frequently goes on holidays to soak up the sun and explore new destinations. Among her favourite places to visit, Italy stands out as particularly special. The country’s delicious cuisine and sunny weather have captured her heart, making it her go-to destination for both food and leisure.

Mark enjoys playing golf and his last known handicap was 2, now that he isn’t a club member and competes for fun. He achieved England school boy status and was also a nifty left footed winger at football where he got to county level.

The route of being a graphic designer became his career choice that progressed him through only a few companies for lengthy periods, leading him to the position he holds now at Elite GSS.

His spare time is spent with his wife and family of 3 children.
