About Elite GSS

Meet Kris, the Managing Director and founder of Elite GSS Ltd which was established in April 2014.

Kris has an exciting, energetic and ambitious personality creating a wonderful working environment, this also enables some fantastic opportunities for everyone within the business. Over and above the day to day running of the business, Kris oversees all product development and the strategic direction and growth of the business.

Kris is a friendly and determined manager, who couldn’t like him? In his free time, he loves looking after his son, playing a bit of footy with the lads and of course having a beer or two.

Meet Louis, our Commercial Director for the Elite Group, where he plays a key role in overseeing the commercial and operational side of the businesses.

Louis works across sales, operations, yard staff and installation teams, while also focusing on process improvements that help increase efficiency, strengthen performance and support sustainable growth across the group.

With a hands-on approach and a focus on continually improving the way we work, Louis helps keep the different areas of the business working together effectively and moving in the right direction.

Away from work, Louis enjoys spending time with his family, going on adventures and camping, as well as getting out on his roller skates whenever he gets the chance. He is also a keen football fan and enjoys walking, socialising and spending time outdoors.

When it comes to food, pizza is a clear favourite, and Louis would happily eat it every day if it was healthy! His ideal holiday would involve mountains and forests, while marzipan and Luton FC are firmly on his list of dislikes.

Meet Phil, our Group Strategy Director, who plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of the Elite Group.

Phil is focused on driving excellence across the group, working across areas such as procurement, supply chain, systems implementation and policy development. He is also constantly looking for new opportunities to improve the way we operate and help the businesses within the group continue to grow.

With a focus on efficiency, development and long-term growth, Phil works closely with the wider team to help turn ideas and opportunities into positive results for the group.

Away from work, Phil enjoys both watching and playing cricket and likes to keep active with regular gym sessions. He is also a big fan of Indian food and with frequent trips taken to South Africa, considers Cape Town as not only his favourite holiday destination but also his second home.

One of Phil’s favourite things is a winter morning sunrise, although there is one thing guaranteed to test his patience: drivers sitting in the outside lane when they really shouldn’t be!

When she’s not at work, Photography is her passion which she tries to do as often as possible and also enjoys baking with the family.

Occasionally at the weekend, when she gets some time to herself, she likes to put her feet up with a large glass of gin or a cocktail!

Meet Shiv Sharma, a passionate and approachable member of our sales team at Elite. As Internal Sales Manager, he’s always ready to connect with customers and help them find the right solution.

He’s an interesting guy – Shiv is a big fan of rock music, where he loves going to gigs and is currently relearning the guitar, one riff at a time.
He enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially if it involves a spontaneous drive or exploring new places.

A self-proclaimed nerd at heart, Shiv is a lifelong Star Wars fan and embraces all things geeky.
Whether he’s talking shop or talking sci-fi, he’ll genuinely bring energy and enthusiasm to every conversation.

Meet Jermaine, our Sales & Business Development Executive at Revive Recycled Plastics.

Jermaine plays an important role in growing the business, building strong relationships with customers and helping to keep everything running smoothly. From processing orders and handling customer enquiries to making sales calls and developing new opportunities, Jermaine is always looking for ways to help the business move forward.

Friendly, driven and always up for a bit of competition, Jermaine brings plenty of energy to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing pickleball.

When it comes to food, Jermaine is a big fan of Caribbean and Indian cuisine, while his favourite holiday destination is Las Vegas. He also enjoys music, dancing and anything competitive. One thing he definitely isn’t a fan of, though, is winter!

Beckie is our Office Manager, dealing with all aspects of office duties.
From accounts, human resources, customer account orders and stock orders, she is dedicated to her job and extremely hardworking.

She enjoys a bit of running, walking, biking and looking after her horses and dogs.

She also continually organises charity events to support the lifesaving equipment and even single handily installed a community defibrillator into the disused phone box in her village.

Lucie is responsible for order processing and liaising with our transport department(s) to ensure your orders get delivered on time and in full. She’s an expert in customer service.

Lucie is a city girl through and through, with her heart set on living in New York someday. For her, there’s nothing quite like the city’s energy, food, and Broadway magic. Until then, she makes the most of her annual leave exploring new destinations and diving into different cultures. Her travel list is extensive with multiple continents being travelled to. A die-hard Formula 1 fan, Lucie passionately cheers on Max Verstappen and the Red Bull team. When she’s not watching the races, she’s out in London with friends, enjoying dinner and a classic amaretto sour.

She’s also an avid reader, escaping into books that let her live a thousand lives. Lucie also loves country music and concerts. Whether it’s a cinema night or a theatre show, she’s always up for an experience that brings a story to life. Lucie always brings up the energy levels in the office with her vibrant enthusiasm and lust for life!

Megan is our newest addition to the admin team, her role will be pivotal in customer service, raising sales and purchase orders, booking of transport for internal and external customers and being our first point of contact on the phone.

Outside of the office, Megan has a passion for fashion and loves clothes shopping, having her nails done and going “out out”  for food and drinks with her friends. She’s also a big animal lover, especially for dogs and occasionally likes to go to the gym.

Meet Claudio, our Hire Controller, who plays an important role in keeping our hire operations running smoothly.

From the moment a customer makes a booking through to the delivery, collection and return of equipment, Claudio helps coordinate the process and works closely with customers, drivers and our internal teams to make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be.

Organised, reliable and always ready to get stuck in, Claudio helps keep the day-to-day hire operation running efficiently.

Away from work, Claudio enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching films with his son, travelling and exploring new places. He is also a keen football fan and enjoys playing whenever he gets the chance. When he isn’t doing any of that, he is probably catching up on some much-needed sleep!

Claudio is a big fan of ribs and paella, loves Brazil for its food, atmosphere, beautiful places and, of course, football, and enjoys cooking and spending time with good company.

There are a few things Claudio isn’t so keen on, including dirty places, seeing his football team lose and pears, which aren’t just disliked but are firmly off the menu due to an allergy. He’s also not taking any chances when it comes to AI taking over the world, especially after watching The Matrix!

Mark enjoys playing golf and his last known handicap was 2, now that he isn’t a club member and competes for fun. He achieved England school boy status and was also a nifty left footed winger at football where he got to county level.

The route of being a graphic designer became his career choice that progressed him through only a few companies for lengthy periods, leading him to the position he holds now at Elite GSS.

His spare time is spent with his wife and family of 3 children.
