The Polyethylene Cabinet for Corrosive Chemicals can safely store strong acids such as hydrochloric, sulfuric, or nitric acid; or bases such as sodium, potassium, or calcium hydroxide in this durable, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) cabinet.
With no metal parts to corrode, this cabinet holds up to 36 x 2.5-liter bottles, and offers chemical resistance against spills or potential damaging vapours when storing acids or bases.
The shelf adjusts on 3-inch (76-mm) increments and has a load capacity of 125-lbs (57-kgs).
The Polyethylene Cabinet for Corrosive Chemicals feature a removable yet sturdy sump cover, which serves as a bottom shelf and conceals the fully integrated, leakproof sump with an 8.5-gal (32-L) capacity.
For additional security, a padlock can be used (not included) and the cabinet can be used for stand-alone storage and access to a grooved top work surface.
Please note: there are four pre-formed vent locations at the rear to provide a guide for an aftermarket vent kit (not included) in the event that the application requires a pressurised vapour removal system.

Handling and storage:
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
