Corner barrier unit for Manta Barrier system.
The Corner Unit for the Manta Barrier is used for bends when boxing off the site’s perimeter and is ideal for construction site access areas.
Common applications include defining pedestrian walkways and vehicle access, for example, to create a pit lane on a construction site or anywhere that requires the demarcation of vehicle traffic and footfall for pedestrian, visitor and workforce safety.
Same as the Manta Barrier unit itself, this Corner Unit is extremely quick and easy to assemble by 2 people in sections, plus it can be stacked, stored and transported where required.
When connected with other Manta Barrier units, it has been tested to safety standards, being Class A and B wind tunnel certified (depending on fence add-on used) and crash tested to W7 BS EN1317:2010, along with the support of either a 1.5m long pedestrian fence or 3m long temporary fence.
This Manta Barrier unit is compatible with other barriers on the market such as the MASS Barrier.

Need to knows
A risk assessment should be taken prior to use and for wind loading when using the top sections.
It is recommended to install the base units when the barrier is installed on a flat and even surface. This aids the installation of the top sections later.
