Hard Surface Protection Film is a thin plastic sheet that is used to shield hard surfaces from damage.
The lightweight, easy-to-handle roll is self-adhesive for easy application, so additional taping in place is not required.
Hard Surface Protection Film can be used to protect a variety of hard surfaces, such as vinyl, marble, tiled and timber floors, countertops, tables, furniture, or appliances typically during building, construction, or DIY work.
It is made of polyethylene, in a highly visible blue colour with high tear and puncture resistance, and available in different lengths.
The Hard Surface Protection Film is ideal to safeguard the surfaces from accidental spillages, falling debris and tools, as well as making clean up time more efficient at the end of the project.
We recommend that the roll is effectively laid using the Protection Film Applicator. It is forward wound, 100% waterproof and easy to cut with a knife when applying.
Before installation, please ensure that surfaces are clean/dust free and dry.
This product should be removed after a maximum of 3 months, do not use on carpet or on top of underflow heating.
For delicate surfaces, we advice that you test on a small inconspicuous area first.

Functionality
Connectivity
Place the roll on the floor facing the direction it’s to be applied and unwind 600mm of material. Ensure the roll is stuck by smoothing it out and pull the roll towards you to ensure that it follows a straight line.
Smooth out the film with your hands or feet as it unwinds.
Other ways of installing this film include pushing the roll along the ground with a soft broom and using the brushes to smooth out and reduce air bubbles as it unwinds. The Protection Film Applicator can also be used to aid the installation process.
Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
