EverBase Event Flooring protects fields and existing ground from damage whilst supporting heavy equipment such as lorries and cranes, structures, and staging equipment.
It’s an easy to use and extremely versatile, economical event flooring system for a variety of uses, that’s easy to install with its interlocking flange panel connection design.

Tiles can be installed in not only one but three directions, so no matter the project, the flooring can fit effectively and look seamless every time!

Manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with structural modifiers that improve strength and reduce weight. Its UV inhibitors maintain strength and flexibility whilst preventing discolouration, making it a long-lasting solution.

This flooring module is available with drainage holes to allow rain to fall through and light to shine through with the translucent option, for photosynthesis to keep the grass beneath healthy. All variations of the flooring promote air flow and their ribs distribute weight to prevent soil compaction, helping to reduce runoff and erosion.

EverBase is available in two options: one with a honeycomb underside that withstands a load capacity of 34 tonnes/sqf, and the other with a solid underside that withstands 45.35 tonnes/sqf (depending on ground conditions).

EverBase Event Flooring is multi-purpose and suitable for concerts, festivals, and even along sidelines during play to prevent wear and provide a dry surface for athletes and staff.
It comes in two colour options: translucent or grey; however, custom colours may also be available (subject to a minimum order quantity and additional cost –  please contact us for more information about that.

Further to this, there are ASA-compliant ramps available to prevent tripping hazards, which attach to any connection point.

Need to knows

We advise not to use Steel Tracked vehicles with this flooring unless pre-authorised and agreed beforehand, traversing and aggressive movement on the mats may cause damage to them and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the mats. When assessing ground conditions on site we advise seeking professional engineering guidance if there is any doubt. It is the users responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground, and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.

A site limit must be adhered to when using this product.
