Designed for ease and safety, this low-level barrier fills with water for traffic control, clear perimeter marking, or hazard warning.
The Trojan Barrier is made from fully recyclable high-density polyethylene (HDPE), offering a combination of strength, weather resistance, and environmental consideration. When empty, it’s lightweight for transport and handling; when filled with water, it reaches approximately 80Kg for stability against vehicle impact or strong wind. It can reach a height of 1m when paired with a standard fence panel.
It fits into site layouts with minimal gaps between units, for improved safety at construction sites, public events, and any location. The Trojan Barrier meets regulatory compliance standards (Chapter 8) for traffic management use, ensuring it’s suitable for sites requiring official safety guidance.
Need to knows
It is the users responsibility to assess whether the site is capable of safety. A water source is required to fill the barrier.

Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
