When the pins and installation tools are used together, System 7 Mats can be easily connected in a grid formation with limited movement when in use and then rapidly disconnected when no longer needed.
The Locking Pin & Installation Tools for System 7 Mats are essential accessories for the smooth and seamless connection of the mats and to allow for a fast installation on-site.
The System 7 Locking Pin is built to operate in the harshest environments and is packed with enhancements to be more user-friendly in the field.
It’s interchangeable with competitor pins, allowing usage with other mats on the market. It also has a 1/4 turn with a positive stop to lock/unlock and to reduce fluid and debris blockage.
There is a retracting foot to further secure connections, and custom colours are available (subject to minimum order quantities).
Additional tools used within the installation process include the positioning bar, locking wrench and pin extractor.

Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
