The Foreign Object Debris System trackway matting effectively removes muck from the wheels of vehicles as they track in and out of site.
The mats have been manufactured with pyramid moulds so that tyre lugs can be spread apart and wiped clean from debris, which prevents surrounding roads becoming dirty and needing additional sweeping or cleaning to get rid of it.

A cost-effective high profile traction surface that is ideal for the creation of stable construction entrances over a wide range of surfaces including asphalt, concrete, turf, sand, mud and uneven ground. Due to its hi-visibility yellow colour, the Foreign Object Debris System is easily recognisable even in adverse weather and poor lighting conditions.

FODS work best with a run of several mats, secured by ground anchors, and they are reusable after the project is complete.
No water is required to make the debris easier to come off, simply the weight of the vehicles when driving over the patterned surface is enough to collect between the tyre treads. These mats are chemically resistant to acids, oils, brake fluids and more!

*After Stabilised Construction Entrance (SCE) is removed, topsoil must be added back to the disturbed area, graded and re-seeded.

We advise not to use Steel Tracked vehicles with any composite mats unless pre-authorised and agreed beforehand, traversing and aggressive movement on the mats may cause damage to them and the connectors and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the mats. When assessing ground conditions on site we advise seeking professional engineering guidance if there is any doubt. It is the users responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground, and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.

A site limit must be adhered to when using this product.
