Hanpave Porous Pavers are environmentally friendly and can withstand high load pressures and adverse weather conditions.
Hanpave Porous Paving is durable and easily slots together for a quick and hassle-free installation! They’re a fantastic solution for ground stabilisation and reinforcement on site and are often suitable for use in car parks.
Once installed, they can be filled and finished with a choice of mixtures, including pea shingle, decorative stone, and, if required, a soil and grass mix, to withstand heavy loads.
Manufactured from 100% Recycled Polyolefins, which are 100% Recyclable to contribute to a better environment and, the honeycomb-like structure allows rainwater to pass through at controlled rates and is SUD (Sustainable Urban Drainage) regulations compliant.
Its integral T interlocking system is tough enough to withstand a minimum pressure of 1528 kN/m2 (156 t/m2), along with the PTV 828 standard that specifies a minimum strength of 3 kN/m length to ensure a secure connection.
Parking space delineators (fitted with white circular caps) are available at an additional cost if required.

To ensure a perfect finish at the end of the project, special care must be taken in the initial ground preparation before the grids are installed. A site survey is also recommended.
The weight load distribution performance of the Hanpave Porous Pavers is subject solely to ground conditions, weight, and the type of vehicle or plant.
A site limit must be adhered to when using this product.

Connectivity
Start from a straight edge and lay the pre-assembled 1m2 sections in rows.
Connect them by standing on the installed grids once they’ve been laid on the next row.
Please note: if the grids are to be installed to fit around obstacles, we recommend making suitable cuts before the installation.
Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to the site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
