The ESD Antistatic Double Layer Sheet is made of two layers: a conductive bottom layer made of an NBR/NR blend and a static dissipating top layer made of synthetic rubber NBR.

The ESD Antistatic Double Layer Sheet prevents dangerous sparks in volatile working environments.

The structure of the ESD Antistatic Double Layer Sheet has an approximate 1:1 ratio in terms of thickness, and the surface is resistant to high temperatures and most chemicals. It’s durable and withstands anti-acid, anti-alkali, as well as antichemical flux characteristics. Having a high level of flexibility, meaning it takes a lot of bending without cracking. It is also non-marking, which means that it doesn’t leave stains, marks, discolouration, or residue on the floor.
