System 7 Mat for Temporary Access & Ground Protection on sites.
The System 7 Mat is quick and easy to install, with minimal training involved and includes three different tools; which are a positioning bar, locking wrench and pin extractor.
The mat has a 7-step patented process that eliminates breakages, that can be common with other matting system, from its internal ribbing of high-quality virgin resins that also does not absorb contaminants that can produce fluid and debris blockage. This composite mat is extremely versatile with the advantage of being able to perfectly marry up to and connect with other mat systems.
Unique properties, anti-skid tread shape and option of company branding make the System 7 Mat a great choice to many industries, like construction, oil and gas, utilities, water, and aviation.
Users can overlap the mats and seamlessly connect the panels into location with the locking pinholes, using a ¼ turn to lock/unlock. Each mat has an individual serial number and RFID tag, making it easy to track and protect against theft.
Need to knows
We advise not to use Steel Tracked vehicles with any composite mats unless pre-authorised and agreed beforehand, traversing and aggressive movement on the mats may cause damage to them and the connectors and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the mats. When assessing ground conditions on site we advise seeking professional engineering guidance if there is any doubt. It is the users responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground, and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.

Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
