EuroTrak HD Access Mats are designed as a short and long term access solution, whilst providing Ground Protection and reduced damages on site.
These mats can be used to create a temporary access route or roadway to a site. EuroTrak HD Access Mats are suitable for medium/heavy plant and machinery, as well as work personnel and the public.

For effective man-handable temporary access, EuroTrak Heavy Duty Access Mats can be used to protect and cover soft or sensitive ground, essential for the construction, civil engineering and groundwork industries.
They can take loads up to 60 tonnes and have been weight tested to a maximum load of 120 tonnes (subject to ground conditions).
EuroTrak Heavy Duty Access Mats have a highly engineered, ‘nonslip’ surface, this substantially improves the grip and reduces slippage, even in the most challenging weather or ground conditions.
They are manufactured from 100% recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and although being heavy duty by nature, they are lightweight to enable quick and easy installation by two people.
There are 6 strategically positioned hand holes which makes them easy to off-load from trucks or pallets and they help to reduce transport costs in the process. They can be connected together using our simple, yet effective, hand hole connectors which slip through each hand hole and connect securely from the top with bolts and washers.

We advise not to use Steel Tracked vehicles with any composite mats unless pre-authorised and agreed beforehand, traversing and aggressive movement on the mats may cause damage to them and the connectors and this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the mats. When assessing ground conditions on site we advise seeking professional engineering guidance if there is any doubt. It is the users responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground, and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.
A site limit must be adhered to when using this product.

Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product. We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
