The Acoustic Barrier is an easy and cost effective system for noise attenuation, delivering outstanding results with up to 43dB noise reduction! Based on our patented, world-leading acoustic technology and best-in-class materials, they’re the most effective temporary sound solution on the market.
Our Acoustic Barrier helps to protect local communities and employees from the harmful effects of excessive noise. Where noise reduction is required, the blankets can be double-layered to provide higher acoustic performance.
With a reduced carbon footprint, these blankets are lightweight and extremely durable whilst also water, fire, temperature and UV resistant. They perform effectively in every situation with the option of single or full sized blankets. Safety is included from the reflective strips that are added to the blanket to increase visibility at night.
As well as the standard Acoustic Barrier option, we also have a budget noise defender version available with 33.1dB noise reduction.
Installation is easy and fast with it’s simple hook and eyelet connection and therefore only requires a single person to install and a single panel connection can be made as fast as 5 minutes. Need to knows
In order to optimise sound reduction, the barriers should be placed strategically. The closer the barrier is to the noise source, the larger the acoustic shadow and then the greater the sound attenuation.

Functionality
Connection system
Connect the barriers by slotting the hooks provided onto a support structure. Lastly, slot the hooks through the eyelets at the top of the system. For the installation of the Acoustic Barrier, cable ties and fence panels or a support structure are required.
Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product.
We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
