The Stillage for Matting facilitates safe storage and transportation of Temporary Access and Ground Protection Mats, specifically up to the size (2.4m x 1.2m) of most standard mats.
As standard, it holds 25 mats, although there is a larger option to fit 50 full size or 100 half size Ground Protection mats, if required. This Stillage for matting is manufactured for heavy duty, the square hollow frame is strong, durable and able to endure tonnes of weight.
The fitted pallet feet allow the units to stack one onto another and become a practical space-saving solution. There are forklift guides, as standard, for the stillage to be moved around the site in a safe manner when loaded with mats. The option to paint in your corporate colour is available.

Note: The Stillage holds up to 25 full size mats, weighing 44Kg with 15mm depth, or 30 mats with 12mm depth.
It can also hold up to 60 half size mats (2.4m x 0.6m and depending on weight).
It is the user’s responsibility to assess whether the site is capable of safety.

Handling & Storage
Gloves should be worn when handling this product.
We deliver to site in pre-wrapped packs with pallets incorporated and banded with polyester strips, to safely transport and store using mechanical equipment. This may vary for some products.
